1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

KaamBharat or the KaamBharat team reserves the full right to modify these terms at any time at its sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. You are advised to review these Terms of Service periodically for any changes.

3. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the services.

• You may not post or transmit any message which is libelous, defamatory, or which discloses private or personal matters concerning any person.
• You may not post or transmit any message, data, image, or program which is indecent, obscene, pornographic, or harassing.
• You may not use our services to violate the legal rights of others.

4. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

5. Fees and Payments

Some of our services may be subject to payment. We reserve the right to charge for certain services and to change our fees from time to time in our discretion. Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable.

6. Specific Rules for Employers

Employers using KaamBharat agree to the following terms:

• Job postings must not contain any form of discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, or other protected characteristics.
• Employers are prohibited from charging any fees to job applicants.
• Job descriptions must be accurate and must not misrepresent the nature of the work.

7. Specific Rules for Job Seekers

Job seekers using KaamBharat agree to the following terms:

• You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information in your profile and resume.
• You are advised to conduct your own due diligence before accepting any job offer. KaamBharat does not guarantee the authenticity of any job listing or employer.

8. Disputes Between Users

KaamBharat is a platform that connects job seekers and employers. Any dispute, including but not limited to, issues related to job offers, interviews, or payments, is solely between the job seeker and the employer. KaamBharat and its team are not responsible for and will not mediate any disputes between users.

9. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or otherwise make available on our service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.

10. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KaamBharat and its licensors.

11. Availability of the Service

We do not guarantee that our service will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our service without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. KaamBharat makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KaamBharat, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless KaamBharat and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

15. Employer Verification and Account Termination

KaamBharat is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy platform. While we undertake a verification process for employers, we do not guarantee the authenticity of any employer or job listing. We reserve the full and absolute right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, a breach of these Terms, posting fraudulent job listings, engaging in any dispute, or any other conduct that we, in our sole discretion, deem inappropriate.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of India and will be resolved in the courts of Kawardha, Chhattisgarh.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
